$10.9 Billion of Bayer’s capital will be forked over to resolve the Roundup-NHL litigation, but Bayer admits no wrongdoing. There will be no warning labels. $8.8-9.6 Billion will cover current cases, except Johnson, Hardeman and Pilliod, which will continue through an appeals process. An old guy, a golden retriever and a tennis ball on the beach, they are not just spraying the clearcuts.
There has been a lot of info online since the spraying started and seems a lot of folks sympathetic for the people who are close to or in direct contact with the spray. Although these people are getting more exposure and a greater chance direct ingestion I think the poison spreads and is exposing most of us. I hope to publish enough information here to encourage people to learn more and help stop the people doing it and the people allowing them to do it.
The old guy is Bob Gillespie and Riley is the Golden who loves to fetch the ball in the lake. On a recent visit to the cottage we stayed on the deck and discussed the risks of allowing him to go in the water. Riley doesn't understand why the Government of NB allows big greedy companies like Irving to spray proven poison on our woodlands that washes downstream into our lakes and rivers and causes algae to become a substance that will knock a dog dead in under an hour.
Riley just wants to chase the damn ball.

Who Am I and Why Am I Pissed Off?
I am just a grumpy old guy who has been a citizen of New Brunswick since the mid-sixties, I have children, grandchildren and pets who I love a lot and I cannot sit here and watch this shit show any longer.
The purpose of this site is to help the people of New Brunswick get their heads outa their arses and stop believing what the people in control are telling you.
The proof is out there that what these people are spraying, Monsanto Roundup which contains Glyphosate, is safe and beneificial to the provinces forests. Bullshit, it kills everything it touches except the high dollar softwood species that generate the most profit at the mills.
Where it gets scary is the science that shows what happens to the runoff from this spraying program. Regardless of how much they blow about their gps accuracy and pinpont targeting it will find it's way into the water. Then all water flows downstream carrying the toxins far from the targetted area.
Now this is where this old guy gets very upset, these toxins flowing into our waters are proven to feed and mutate the normally present harmless blue green algae that occurs naturally all across Canada and the US.
It has been proven that normally harmeless blue green algae is not only resistant to the toxin, (just like softwood trees) but it actually uses the toxins to recreate mutant cells that divide and reproduce at accelerated rates giving off the poison that is the exact strain proved to be harmful to humans and deadly for dogs.
The Gov't and Family will tell you it's just an algae bloom that is completely natural and possibly enhanced by the Climate Change myth or raw sewage in the St. John River. People have been shittin' in the river for over a hundred years and dogs didn't roll over dead within minutes of drinking the water.

Are All Lakes and Rivers in New Brunswick Contaminated?
Of course I don't have exact data but lets think about a few points. We all know about the St. John River over past few years but what about Grand Lake? Look upstream, the Gaspereau River flows into the head of the lake, straight from the forests in the JDI Chipman region. Grand Lake has seen blue green algae blooms in the past.
So if I am correct here most if not all of our waters contain the natural blue green algae so they hold the potential to become deadly. What has changed over the past 30 years to make this stuff deadly? Glyphosate spraying started in the 70's.
The other big myth from the people in charge is to "watch out for blue green algae blooms". Now go do the reading to find out that although you can see the obvious green blobs in the water you cannot see the Cyanotoxins that cause the problems. Just because you don't see anything does not mean the water is safe. If you are naive enough to believe the Government or Corporate spokesperson that it's safe then go ahead and let the kids and the dogs swim, they very well may survive without any short term problems.
Or you can review the scientific proof of the safety of Glyphosate, just like the Agent Orange fiasco from 50 years ago. No long term health issues came from that...right?
What Can We Do?
